The House of Representatives is working on issues important to all of us back home in the 47th District -- better schools, better jobs and better health care.

I believe we have to work together to get things done for our kids, seniors and businesses. I'm proud to have worked with representatives from around the state, Republican and Democrat, on legislation to make this a better place to live, work and raise a family.

Pat Sullivan was elected to represent the 47th Legislative District in the Washington State House of Representatives in November of 2004. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Education and as a member of the House Education and Appropriations committees. Pat also serves on the Community and Economic Development and Trade committee.

He was the first mayor of Covington and currently serves on the Economic Development Council. He also has served as a member of the Kent Communities in Schools board.
